Take one of these, double the trumpets on the lead and split the other parts among horn, trombone, and tuba. Maybe not possible as sight reading, but then do a bit of preparing.

Yes, the Brazilian material for string 5-tet looks good. The anthem starts at the upbeat to A. The melody is somewhat embellished at least at the ending. You may use the vocal scores to identify the melody in these places.

Hopefully the Brazilian material for brass 5-tet can be made available also.
