Allora is a brand sold by VMI. They are VMI horns.

Allora is a house brand of Brasswind, and at one time I was pretty sure they were stenciled VMI's. But now I'm just as sure that they are made in China, and are copies of Miraphone instruments, except for one model that seems to be a copy of a Yamaha. In fact, I think it is likely (though it is certainly not publicized) that they are made with the consultation of a Miraphone designer. There was a hint on one of the Chinese instrument suppliers that they had German design consultation. Was that Jin-Bao? I know that Chuck follows the Chinese production scene pretty closely, and of course Roger knows the Allora brand.
