What about the part that mis-counts bars of rest and looks for the trombone section's entrance? The Big Ben wrote:What about the part of the brain that counts the bars of rest? Can't play a tuba in a band without that!
That is great - I must get Russian Dwarf Hamsters.Dutchtown Sousa wrote:If you haven't already, you mus look at this: http://uncyclopedia.wikia.com/wiki/Tuba" target="_blank" target="_blank
I had seen that before, but I recently found this tidbit of knowledge in a book:Dutchtown Sousa wrote:If you haven't already, you mus look at this: http://uncyclopedia.wikia.com/wiki/Tuba" target="_blank" target="_blank" target="_blank" target="_blank" target="_blank
(I can cite the book in PM - don't want to put the title on listRev. 8:2; "And I saw the seven angels which stood before God and to them were given seven trumpets."
What does this mean? Firstly, "trumpets" refer to the "thunder tubes" that were used by the high priests at the altars to fool those who were there to sacrifice into thinking that they were talking directly to god. This was because the trumpets were used like megaphones to make the voice resound with 'authority' as the voice of a god would sound in the minds and imagination of those who were kept in ignorance of all of these things.
