At that time, they still had copies of Hungry Five in Germany and Hungry Five on Broadway for sale. As I recall, the price was just $10 for the set of five. I think it's important that music be purchased directly from the publishers whenever possible. Give them a shout. If they can't help you send me a private email and I'll send you a tuba book.
