Neva Brass Quintet

I have been very impressed by the tubist with Neva Brass Quintet from Russia. I have not been able to find a website for this ensemble. Does anyone know the tuba players name and what make/model instrument he plays?

I have a copy of their 2005 CD.
Its lists as follows

Details on CD has Contact Claus Kroog., Hamburg +49(40)642 0422
The phot on CD looks like they have all put on weight
Heard them play while The City of Leeds Youth Orchestra was on Tour in Germany in July 12
