Hey, I'm looking to do a 'playing condition restoration' on my MW 20. I don't want it to be cosmetically restored (I like 'em ugly) but from the leadpipe through the rotors needs some TLC and updating. Any suggestions on where to look? I'm just north of KC, MO, but will ship it for work. Also, I have asked about three or four repair people about getting a valve cap for the back of a MW rotor. Are they really that hard to come across?

Lee Stofer is about 5 hours NE of you and Joe, "bloke" is about 8 hours SE. Both are sponsors here and have done this type work for me and they are great!

You can also talk to the guys at Heritage Music in KCMO. They have worked on my Gronitz, MW, and my Rudy. Great guys and a tuba player works in the shop. I wouldnt hesitate to have them do anything to my horns.
