Looks like they turned the short valve tubing around and pointed it backwards. Could this be the only thing that has changed on these things? Will that small tweak now raise the price? How much are those things now? $15000?
I'll take two.
His command of the horn is impressive. I'd like to hear him do the same thing on my chi-comm knockoff with REAL Swiss valves. I'll bet the end result is the same............fun, but pretty worthless.
Disclaimer.............
I hate Chinese tubas but loves me my hacked up Asian contra. Best. Noise maker. Ever.
AND it has nickel Inner slides. Can't beat that shiite.

It has been observed that the reason to turn the tubing around is to accomidate different tunings of the valves, similar to the Rath contra. Of course other changes to bore and such won't be very visible on youtube.

I pretty much like anything that Ben plays. This is no exception.
