Hi Fellow Tubenetters

I have a question that i am hoping someone can or multiple people can answer for me
I have been looking at the perantucci line of mouthpieces and i called Custom Music International
yesterday and spoke to Jeff over there and he recommended to me that i might work well with the
PT-48 mouthpiece....i am having trouble finding some reviews on it and have looked on here and found a few
but i wanted to get a few more if its possible....the questions are pretty basic like what do you like and dislike about it and what horn you are using it on or what might work well with this particular mouthpiece.

also i am currently looking into the PT 50 right now as well...i really seem to like that one alot
but wanted more or less to get reviews on the PT 48 as it was recommended to me

if anyone could message me on here that would be great...i dont have to make the decision right away
but im in the market for one of those 2 mouthpieces but am willing to explore other suggestions

also what places still offer trials if any

thanks a bunch guys

Ryan

the PT 48 is a fairly large MP- deep bowl, wide inner diameter rim , if you can move a lot of air , and the size , width suits you- go for it- I like the sound I generated with it, but found it difficult to control because it was too wide an inner diameter-
MPs are very personal , so what does or doesnt work for one can be just the opposite for someone else, but the PT 48 is a well designed , quality MP - it may or may not be suited to you- you'd have to try it to know-
