I really enjoy "Zaja Oil." It come sin a variety of smells, and I really like how thick it is. I think it is the perfect thickness.

My colleague in the Old Lyme band swears on citrus scented valve oil, lime of course, which I admit does smell nice.
However, he hasn't converted me from my mix of lamp oil (6parts) and 4-in-1 oil (1 part) which I got from the old tubenet. I have been using this for a year and haven't noticed any ill effects except having to oil a little oftener. Considering that you can get what looks like a lifetime supply for just a few bucks, this appears to be a reasonable tradeoff.

I use lamp oil and Marvel Mystery oil. I learned it from my private teacher who has used it for years and has no complaints, especially since he is probably still on the first $5 of the two oils. I put on the Marvel on lightly every few days and put on a lot of the lamp oil every day and it feels a little faster than the Al Cass "Fast" that I used for a few years. Just hang on to the old bottle if you ever switch to something like that because a quart of lamp oil isn't very convenient to carry around.
