Tuba shipping FAQ - does one exist?

This is my first time selling a tuba, and should I end up having to ship, I do not want to screw it up. Is there a FAQ or instructional available on how to properly pack, what the best methods/companies to ship are, insuring your shipment and what it covers, etc.? Thanks in advance.
