There are several vintage recordings of Bill Bell playing The Jolly Farmer Goes to Town-- with band and/or orchestra accompaniment. I do not think the accompaniment was ever published. The tuba solo with piano accompaniment version (published by Carl Fischer) is out-of-print. Does anyone out there know about the existence of band accompaniment parts-- perhaps in manuscript? Would anyone be interested in obtaining a full score and accompaniment parts-- if available?

I'm not sure where, but it is definitely available. My director was considering ordering it.
