What bloke said plus the fact that the earlier H.N. White King 1250 had the 'seamless' bell (yes, I know there is 'seam', but it's smooth and there is no outside soldered-on band), whereas the later 2350s had the 'band' soldered around the bell...

My h.s. band had three 2350s and two H.N. White souzys - one was the "Giant" model with the larger bore and tall pistons and the other was the 1250. All silverplated.
I think the 2350s had a *slightly* more 'hollow' sound in comparison to the 1250.
The "Giant" was in it's own league with it's very deep, large sound. But all played and sounded great :!:

On the 1930's 1250's that we have the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and the main tuning slide can all be pulled with the left hand. I don't believe that is true of the 2350.
