That's the program a Keyano College in Fort MacMurray, AB. It's technically "under review."

Maybe Keyano is technically "under review" but the guy who teaches it has already lost that job without a replacement...
EDIT: And I know for a fact that WITCC has changed to where it is 4 semesters now, and not 5. They got rid of the summer semester.
