Yes, the collars are exactly the same size. I have actually tried this. I had a 21J and a 20K and was able to use the 20K bell on the 21J, giving a huge recording bell, and the 21J bell on the 20K making a strange looking raincatcher. The 20K with the 21J bell was shorter than a factory raincatcher, but only by a little.
