It looks like a Cimbasso with a GIANT bell...but not really sure.

That's Oren Marshall's "Orenophone". Basically, it's a re-wrapped or "normaphone" wrap Besson Eb tuba with a recording bell.

The horn is a little unusual, but the way he plays is really extraordinary--it is tough to do justice to those Bach pieces on any tuba, and he really nailed it!
