I agree with the descriptions above. The Bayamo is something very special. All of the G&W mouthpieces are. If you are looking for clean and fast articulations and a tremendous sound in the low register, you can't go wrong. Playing my Yorkbrunner with the Bayamo gives me a significant increase in tuba caliber. The Bayamo plays like a Smith&Wesson .44 Magnum. All of my other mouthpieces feel like cheap BB-guns in comparison.
