Seeing as my fellow members of TubeNet are never lacking opinions and suggestions, I want some regarding mouthpiece pouches that hold at least two. I currently use the Cavallaro double pouch, but frequently hear the rims ding off each other when I'm lugging my horn around. I'm currently leaning toward the Altieri pouch because it's pretty and matches my gig bag, but those generally aren't the best reasons to buy a product, especially when it's twice as much as most other options.

+1 for the Milnarik pouches - they're the best ones I've found and I have a few each of the single and double ones.

Another +1 for the Milnarik pouches. I use both the single and double models and they are absolutely the best pouches I have found.

Milnarik pouches seem to be the best padded pouches I've run across. I have a double pouch. I have had a problem with the stitching between the two mouthpiece compartments coming undone, but it's nothing a little sewing thread and a needle won't fix. I just haven't had the energy to do it yet.

While I'm sure the Milnarik pouches are fantastic, I just have not had the occasion to get one so I can't speak of those. What I can speak of are the Cavallero pouches. I have double and quad pouches for both tuba and euphonium/trombone sized mouthpieces. I have never had a problem with any of them and that includes some of the really big heavy mouthpieces. Currently my quad pouch holds a Monette, an older G&W, a LOUD, and a Kelly. In the past it also held one of the "soup can" R&S heavy Helleberg mouthpieces next to the Monette and I never had any problems. I like them and have been happy with them from the beginning.

Bloke, my 2155 is a tank and I'm not nearly as delicate with it as I should be to keep the the mouthpiece from becoming stuck transporting it in the gig bag. I'm afraid I'd be visiting a repair shop to pull it or solder the leadpipe back to the horn. I always appreciate quality, snarky remarks. Nothing I've read on any of the threads is nearly as offensive or brutal as what was aimed my way while on the sub. I also spent too much time wording the original post so as not to feed the trolls (my original wording was a veritable feast for them!)

Chadtuba, I have the double Cavallaro. I have it attached to the belt around my Altieri gig bag via the belt loops on the pouch. I hear my Dillon PS-02 and Laskey 30G banging rims when I load and unload my horn. I am aware that this may be the source of my problem, in which case I'm blowing my money on something that's as easy as moving the pouch to the pocket which I'll have to do with the Milnarik pouch anyways. Conversely, maybe the heavy weights fit snug enough to prevent the movement my mouthpieces have.
