Sort of... buyers *do* care if it's a tuba they know you bought for less than you are selling it. That's one problem with buying/selling used stuff around here, it goes around and comes around. Although sometimes value can be added by repairs, modifications, etc., that's not usually the case. Value typically remains the same or drops.LJV wrote:Buyers don't care what you paid or owe.
Joe, if you don't want to sell me that Hirsbrunner for $4,000 a ham sandwich, and a case of Mr. Pibb, then just tell me. That sure seems better than $8,000 to me.
