Just wondering, has anyone ever performed this concerto with orchestra in the UK before?!

Apparently not, from Barbara's response. Her publisher is on here (and she is on occasion, too), so they may want to comment further. Find her on facebook and tell her what's up! She'll appreciate it. A wonderful woman, great friend.
