Where can I buy this piece? Can I buy it? or Not?

Hi everyone,
I have no idea whether this arrangement can be purchased or not, but I would appreciate it if someone knew where I could. It is Mike Forbes arrangement of Imogen Heaps "Hide and Seek". This video is of Mike and his tuba quartet playing the arrangement:

at first I was unsure whether this piece was purchasable but then I found this video of some college seniors playing it:

anyways, I email Mike about the piece and never received a response and now I am here...
