Contact information for James Stabile?

I am trying to get in contact with James Stabile, composer of Sonata for Tuba and Piano formerly published by WIM. Does anyone out there know how to reach him? The publishing company indicated that he lived in the NYC area at some time, but I cannot confirm that. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.
