I ran across this YouTube video of the San Jose CA Wind Symphony. Sounds good to me. The tubas are blending well. Intonation and articulation are good in the entire group. Hope you enjoy this as much as I did.

I've never seen a group put the trombones behind the tubas. Maybe the key to their good sound?
