Not switching the main tuning slide, but (if I understand this correctly) Will Druitt created his so-called 5450WD by having the throat and bell from a 6450 installed onto his Thor.

What would you hope to achieve?

Okay, I'm a little curious.

Rather than one person carrying the cost of the experiment, are there any other Thor owners out there who'd be interested in sharing the cost?
