Information regarding York master Eb tuba

I am thinking of trading a Getzen tuba bell for a york master (front facing bell) Eb three valved tuba. Does anyone know the monetary value of this horn? The playability? Could it become a four valve horn easily? I am not very familiar with this horn. ANY opinion would be valued.

2. Playable as a three valve eb.
3. Not without spending more than it's worth, unless you can do the work.
