Just one valve difference. The horns share all other parts. Same bore. Same bell. Same open bugle and bows.

I noticed one difference - although maybe unique to mine. I have a three-valve 231 that left the factory minus a high a-flat. The note is just not there. On the four-valve version I have played that doesn't seem to be the case.

I've noticed that note is problem on other horns - the Besson International euph as well.

Anyone else?
