ITEA Journal Author's name needed

Hi TubeNet--

I am hoping to find the author's name for an article in the T.U.B.A. Journal. The article is in Vol 23, no. 3 and is titled "Contemporary Repertoire for Euphonium and Tuba: World Sources." If any of you have this volume of the journal in your possession, could you please respond with the author's name?

I am trying to inter-library loan the article, and need to author's name to do so. An internet search is proving less than helpful.
