I'll vote for Bloke's (Joe) Sellsmenburger's Symphony Stainless with the medium round Fair Dinkum rim.

An older Doug Elliott R cup, 130 rim, and 5 backbore shank (although he has changed the shank designations so I'm not sure what the current version would be).

for contrabass: my 50+ year old Mt. Vernon Bach 18
for Eb: Rudolf Meinl 9 (actually a rebranded Bruno Tilz)
for Civil War-era Eb contrabass Saxhorn: oddly enough, Wick 3; it does wonders to tame an often-blatty, hard to tune antique

I use a silver plated Willson WT-2 on my VMI 3302, though I would really like to have a stainless steel one similar to it made this summer.

I'm looking at for a good BBb/CC mouthpiece for symphonic band, but also flexible enough to perform solos with. I've been using a Bach 24aw and just switched to a Conn Helleberg, but I'm not to impressed. I'm really interested in switching to PT-50, PT-88, and Bach 18.
