The Lamont School of Music at the University of Denver will be the location of ITEC 2006. It will take place June 27-July 1st.

WOW... i went to vist the school during the summer they spent something like $8,000,000+ just on their music building. It is amazing!!! and everything is just beautiful.

You should consider going there. Kathy Brantigan, the tuba prof is a great player, and also a really cool person. Joe Martin, the dir of bands and bone prof is fantastic too (biased tho -- I went to school with him, and he played at my wedding)
Some cool musicians have come out of that school. In fact, Nate Wooley - who is one of the hottest young trumpeters in NYC -- and plays with TUBA LOVE occasionally (Feb 10th in NYC...

) is a DU grad.

Didn't they just add Warren Deck to the faculty. I saw something like that in the ITEA journal.
