Mouthpiece Follies: Conn Helleberg "120" and ?

Post by manatee »

I know the 7B is a shallower version of the 120, but what is the 120 S? Which of these is the one that UMI is selling today?

UMI sells only two versions of the Helleberg, big and not-so-big. The 7B is the latter. If it doesn't say 7B, it's the former.

On E*ay right now there is a guy selling Conn Hellebergs, in the bag, and in the box, apparently new, old stock. He says there is a 120, a 7B, and a 120S. This is why I am asking

Forget the numbers. There is the 7B and the other one (sometimes called the S). The 7B is the smaller one, and the other one is the big one.

By the way, I think there the seller listed two choices: 1.) 120 7B, and 2.) 120 S.
