Not certain, but think that might be Ken Hughes. Lousy recording.
Ken did his masters at Northwestern in 65-66, studying with Jake.
Quite a good player and a great guy!

That's Ken, all right! He still plays with the Suburban Symphony here and joins us every year for tuba octets in October
