Looks Jupiter-ish.
The valve block looks rotated inward, if you tilt the horn to the left any amount, the fourth valve will be under your fifth digit interphalangeal joint (pinkie knuckle). Hurts just to look at it.

I remember there was a Weril front action Eb on Ebay a few years so. That'd be an interesting horn.

for those who insist on playing with the tuba on their left knee, this may be a good design. It certainly wouldn't work for me whatsoever.

Looks a bit similar to this:
http://www.tubaexchange.com/product-det ... PID=TE-680, but there are some definite differences. Looking at the loops on the back makes me think it's probably a BBb, too.

The original picture and the Weril have a LOT of differences in the tubing from the front, but are very similar in the back. Even so, I don't think you can say it's the same horn unless they're from different production runs with a lot of changes in the design in between.

I don't know of Yamaha making an Eb version of the 621 either. Being a dyed in the wool Eb player, you can bet that I asked on several occasions! The 621 F was the only F tuba I almost bought. I had one shipped down here for trial back when they first became available and it was real nice, just not big enough in sound for what I wanted at the time. That said, it was a wonderful playing horn and I nearly bought it anyway. If they made a 5v Eb 621, I'd definitely be interested to buy one.

I contacted Weril here in Brazil and they said Floyd Cooley is the representative of Walter Nirschl and Weingrill Nirschl instruments in US.

Looks interesting
Do they have a BBb as well (with similar valve alignment)?
Sorry for hi-jacking

The instrument pictured on the 'Bay is a BBb tuba, of questionable origins. Weril has made some very Yamaha-esque instruments, and back when DEG was distributing Weril, I sold some of them. I don't know if it is true, but I'd heard recently that Weril was out of business now. If Weril did not make that tuba, then most likely it is of Chinese manufacture.
Concerning whether Yamaha made a YEB 621, I don't know for sure, but I do know that there are some instruments that they offer to some markets and not others. The only YCB 661 (5-rotor CC, left-hand 5th) I've ever seen was sent to me from Australia for repairs. Maybe some of our European, Asian and Australian TubeNetters can verify if the YEB 621 exists.

The seller understands and writes english so just ask them.
I asked them earlier about the nano tuba in CC which does look like a Yamaha YCB621 and they told me it was made in China...
