Artwork or SACRILEGE??

HI People... A friend from one of my Art sites sent me this...What do you all think??Personally I think Sacrilege! why ?? because the Tuba still looks like it works!(by the way what make is it??)The clock doesn't look hand made at all in my opion... all he did was put a rod on it!Shouldn't the tuba maker get some credit or the clock maker??Was there enough metamorphis...? would this be called found object artwork??<s>.. I do have to say it looks like he's" Keeping time with the Tuba"<s>What do ya think??...................BB

I guess it's in the eye of the beholder. According to some anyway, if there were rules, it wouldn't be art. In my eye ... in the end, it doesn't add up, but it wasn't a complete dud either.
