5th valve for Trolley Tuba (Meinl Weston)

I purchased a MW "Trolley Tuba" a few years back. Other than living the life of a horn player (clearing water), I like most things about the instrument, while taking into account the reasons it was developed in the first place. I soon wanted to add a right hand, thumb operated, trigger to move the first valve slide, mostly to address normal pitch adjustments on the low end. I designed some options in my head, but luckily Klingspor (Germany) came to the rescue with a fantastic “plug and play”.
Has anybody come up with some other gizmos?
Thank you,
Kathott

I think someone has added a 5th valve contraption to it, though I can't find the picture now. Looked interesting, but heavy. The valve slide trigger could be interesting.

I also think someone with the Chinese travel tuba mentioned that either removing the water key (or replacing is with a Saturn key) helped the tuba a lot.

Well, those are half-answers. Hope that helps a little bit.
