I am debating on which version of Arban to purchase. The Young/Jacobs Tuba Edition or the Bowman/Alessi Trrombone/Euph version. I have the trumpet version already. Also, I am just staring to learn F tuba. Suggestions?

I have, and have used all three. I originally read the text commentary from the trumpet book, and I have not read the Young/Jacobs text for tuba specific comments. I would think, if you are comfortable reading treble clef, just read the exercises in concert pitch on whatever horn you are using at the time. It will be easy enough unless you are playing along with students and don't want to think too much. If you are concerned about octaves or transposition for any reason, buy the tuba book. Have fun learning the F keyboard!
