Questions for Besson lovers

I found a video today on YouTube uploaded in 2012 of a factory tour of Bessons factory the description in German says Stephen Mead and Roger Webster were touring the factory in Croxley Green.
Two things jumped out at me at the 2.40 mark there is a sousaphone under construction and I thought the factory closed and moved before 2012,

So my questions are when did the factory move and where did it go?
Do Besson still make sousaphones?

At the bottom is an explanation. The factory that closed was the venerable Edgeware Road factory at the time Besson filed bankruptcy.

Thanks for the link.
So the video must be pre 2005 then.
Anybody know anything about the sousaphone?

Seems a decent amount of factories here are very willing to restore and customize horns that they didn't make. Alexander is doing that right now for me with my B&S f tuba. Could explain the Sousa

As I read

Besson does no longer make sousaphones.

Could it be a Boosey & Hawkes sousaphone? At the beginning of the video you see their name above the entry. Do they produce sousaphones?

I sent an email to the company that filmed that visit. (A swiss instrument seller.) Let's see what they can say about their visit and the sousaphone.
