The four-month-long (Philadelphia Orchestra) radio series will culminate in a live (no archive that I know of) broadcast on Friday, May 24, at 2 PM ET...11PT....20h Central European..19h London with Yannick Nézet-Séguin-led performances by The Philadelphia Orchestra of Dvořák’s Slavonic Dance Nos. 1, 10, and 8; Janáček’s Sinfonietta; and Enescu’s Romanian Rhapsody, No. 1—in lieu of the previously scheduled Romanian Rhapsody No. 2. Gil Shaham will also perform Brahms’s Violin Concerto, on the same program.
