Tuba part for Lincolnshire Posey

Strange request: Can someone post or e-mail me the tuba part for Grainger's Lincolnshire Posey? Or more accurately, pages 4 and 7 of the version edited by Frederick Fennell (published by Ludwig), as I already have pages 1, 2, 3, 5 and 6?
Here's why I need it, and why it is not an outright copyright violation. My son is entering high school in the fall, and the parts for Lincolnshire Posey are the audition piece for the advanced band at his high school. Clearly, making extra photocopies of parts for auditions is a legal use of the set that the high school owns. Unfortunately, there weren't enough photocopies of the audition packets made (since the band director at the high school didn't know that he would be getting a current middle school student who wants to audition for the advanced band), so he handed us the bass trombone audition package instead (of which he had extra copies). But my kid plays tuba, not bass trombone! At least the generic audition instructions (scales, arpeggios, schedule) are the same. I managed to find a copy of the tuba part on the web, but it is missing pages 4 and 7.
If nobody can find it, I'll have to call the band director, he'll have to pull the part out and make one extra copy, leave them for me in the school office, and I'll have to spend an extra hour driving to the school and picking them up. Doable, but a lot of hassle for just two pages.
Thanks! If necessary, I can appease the copyright gods by making an offering of a bass trombone part on their altar.
