El Paso playing opportunities

I have a friend that played Euphonium in the Army Band with me. He now lives in El Paso and I am looking for playing opportunities for him such as community bands or tuba euph 4tets. Anyone have any ideas?

The site maintains a list of community bands, orchestras etc- select "US" under "Groups by Region" to get to it.
