YES!!! The smaller block always seemed to just have a better center and response. These were great little horns...
Second... It makes me feel old because it doesn't seem like 20+ years since Pilafian was promoting the 'new' line of MW horns....

The old-style 5th valve lever had almost no mechanical advantage, but the placement sure was "right there".
Hmm, I think I have the old 'small valves' version, and was thinking about having the 5th valve lever and thumbring changed ...

On my 2145 the lever is more or less next to the 2nd piston, and on a (comparable built) Hirsbrunner HB21 it is next to the 1st piston. I was thinking I would like the last one better ... feel free to talk me out of this.

I loved mine and have days I wish I still had it. Never played a big valve 2145 that played as well as the small valve horn.
