Does anyone know where I can get a piano part to the Sowerby Chaconne? I would prefer to buy it complete, but it appears to be long out of print.

Hi Scott,
I too have been looking for Sowerby's Chaconne for years. I need both the solo and accompaniment. Could you please send me a copy of both?

Isn't this the only tuba solo written by Pulitzer Prize winning composers?

I checked and Sowerby did get the Pulitzer prize in 1944. His real claim to fame was a lot of organ and choral works. He was born in Grand Rapids MI.
