Low notes, center, volume, color ...

First I've heard of it -- the specs (and the picture) look promising, though. Thanks for the heads-up!

I've gotten the opportunity to try this horn out quite a few times. Plays like a PT-6, but with a little more ease in the low register. Presence and depth of sound seem a little more pronounced than the PT-6's that I've played as well. From what I was told by Mr. Perantoni, the horn has a MW Fafner bell, a PT-6 valveset, a much wider and bigger bottom bow, and a much bigger bugle. Correct me if I'm wrong.

I'm (hopefully) picking up one of these horns in the fall sometime.
