Meh. That's not basic or mid-level violin work. It's pretty advanced. A comparably advanced tubaist wouldn't be bothered by that in the least.

At least on a BBb tuba, use alternate fingerings and it is a breeze.

If the violin players are so skilled and the tuba players are not, why is the music always written in keys that make it easier for the violin players?
