Strange tuba picture

While looking at a set of random photos unearthed and collected by Dave Schubert while digging through dead people’s stuff at garage sales, estate sales, and flea markets - among the junk was this:

which helped proved my theory that there will be tubas in random collections of photos!
I can provide a link to the full set, but many are very NSFW so I am leaving it off this post.

There are no other tuba related pictures in that set.
