Hello everybody!
I have a Gronitz PF 125, I need a big mouthpiece for tuba F.
I've tried the Jim Self, John Sass, various ... I do not know!
Before suggesting I talk to my teacher, he is a trombonist!
I need help ... I think the edge should be between 32.7 and 33mm deep and should be ...
Help me please, my recital graduation is the end of this year and am still with many doubts mouthpiece.

Try a Blokepiece. The Solo with a number 2 rim works for me.

I have had very good results with a G and W Matanusks on my Eb for what it's worth.

I do really well with a Perantucci 72. Deep with a small rim diameter. It's the opposite of what everyone else recommends but it has always done well for me. You'll just need to play around if you can, but I get that tuba mouthpieces aren't readily available where you are.

Yamaha 67C4 on my Fs.

Edit: after doing a lot of big horn practice, the F sounds better now with the Kellyberg on it.

My default is a Bach 18, but I'll use a PT-48 for low funk and Dixie on F.

Perantucci PT-68

Yeah, I got a Gronitz F and a Monette Prana 94 works pretty good, pricy but good. A G & W Bora is a good contrast to Monette. Scott Mendoker was selling some experimental Monette F MP's and the one I got is OK.
