Tuba Christmas Coordinators Question

This is a question to any of you are Tuba Christmas coordinators. Have you yet received a coordinator's packaet from the Harvey Phillips Foundation for this year? I have not yet received mine. I have sent an E-Mail and left two phone messages to the foundation with no response. Any information will be appreciated.
