As far as I know there is no commercial recording of this piece. A few years back I was helping a student on it for All State band and looked everywhere but was never able to find one. It is a nice piece, maybe someone who performed it at a recital and has the recording would be willing to share it.

Summit Records (http://www.summitrecords.com) used to sell a cassette tape called SoloPro: Tuba that had the Haddad Suite on it. I'm not sure if they still sell it, but give them a try.

looked and they have every other imagineable Solo Pro (trumpet, t-bone, horn) but no Tuba..... someone must own it though......
