The second half of the Philharmonia's concert from today's (Thursday Aug. 29)
BBC Proms will be Bruckner 7. I would imagine that the second half will start around +/- 3:15pm Eastern, 12:15 Pacific, 8:15pm London,21:15 Central European Time. (It'll be archived for 7 days too.) You can listen here:

Esa-Pekka Salonen conducts the Philharmonia Orchestra in the overture to Mozart’s comedy Der Schauspieldirektor and Bruckner’s Seventh Symphony, its sound-world coloured by rich-toned Wagner tubas. Violinist Midori plays in the UK premiere of Peter Eötvös’s DoReMi.

The tuba player, Peter Smith, is mentioned by name at 33 minutes in the halftime show. The commentators talk about how the tuba player will move after the first movement to sit with the Wagner tubas in the second movement. Then they talk about the Wagner tubas.

The tuba player is mentioned here at 33 minutes.
