Used Yamaha BB201 Tuba: How much should I ask for it?

Hello, I'm in the process of selling this tuba and a local music store would like me to give them a price. I bought if new with a case from them six years ago for $4734. I played it for two years before switching to double bass, so it's just been sitting in the case since then. The store took a look at it and thought it was in very good condition. What would be a reasonable amount to ask for? It seems like they're going for anywhere between 500 and 2000 on ebay. Please move this post if it's in the wrong place.
