Steve Turre once in DownBeat feature called his .547" Yamaha a baritone trombone.
The Disney sound studio once used a baritone with a trombone slide shunted between the mouthpiece and the leadpipe to create hysterical sounds backing outburts by some characters.
The Danish army around 1900 used some rotary valve trombones (by configuration), which had bore profiles somewhat similar to those of baritones.
Aside from that slide baritone sounds like a self contradicting term.
