Is there a Chinese 3/4 rotor CC? I'm guessing not. Even a 3/4 rotor BBb would work.

See post #4. Link to Jim Laabs, Schiller Rotary 3/4 CC. Post #3 has the Schiller Piston 3/4 CC.
Post #5 indicates it is "very bad, almost unusable." I'm not sure I would recommend that one.
Don't worry, I'm not endorsing anything here.
I find it amusing that someone started a thread looking for a '3/4 rotary CC' while there was an active thread with that exact thing being discussed. Rather than trying to start additional discussion here about the instrument, I linked to the relevant thread.

If you want a great 3/4 rotary CC for $3000 or less, buy a used piggy.
Seriously.
Seriously.

The thread referred to appeared to be about piston tubas, which with my small hands, I am not able to manage. I was hoping that someone had a reasonable copy of the 184 out there, since that worked so well for me when I had one. There is a community orchestra position open here that I have done before and would do again if I could find an inexpensive decent instrument to do it with. I had to sell my instruments to pay for housing.

Not sure where you're located, but you might want to take a look at this Mack CC, at Baltimore Brass (scroll down to see it):

I have a friend who plays what I believe is the same model, and he sounds great on it. Physically it's a bit smaller than my Sonora, so that might put it into your size range. It comes with a case, and the price is reasonable.

There is the JBCB 400 model but you need to stay away from that. There is also a great Yamaha 3/4 4 piston copy beinbg made now and they are very good. The only reason I don't carry it is due to pricing.
Good luck in your search.
